Lightweight Heavy-Duty Back-Up Alarm Solid-state technology with no point-to-point wiring. Unique design takes the place of heavy magnetic coils and speakers found in conventional alarms, thus eliminating damage due to vibration. Nickel-plated conductive terminal inserts are hermetically sealed, giving superior water-resistant performance. The housing is constructed of hi-impact, ABS plastic resin and is environmentally sealed against moisture, dust, and corrosion. - Average current draw is less than .10 amps @ 12 VDC -- extremely low, thus prolonging battery life.
