Help: Product on hand

How does Imperial fill orders?
Product is not committed to an order until the order is released to our distribution network. This is done to avoid situations where an order can be held up for days waiting for approvals or other paperwork before release.

When you see on your order review page that an item is highlighted in yellow, this indicates that we may not have enough of that product on hand to fulfill your request. We will make every attempt to fill that line item from your order, but we make no guarentees that a product will ship until we commit that product in distribution.
